Donfabs & Consillia Limited facilities include a fully equipped metal fabrication workshop.
From conception to delivery, bring your ideas to us and we will turn this into reality. Whether it be a sketch or CAD drawing we will advise on the design and the manufacture to meet the requirement. All our fabrication staff are trained to take a project from start to finish. Specifying the type of metal for specific locations and applications, making sure the fixings are of sufficient specification and then moving onto programming the project on CAD using the latest Solidworks software.
Guillotining, punching, laser cutting, folding, welding makes up the standard process and other processes can be added along the way. If something special is require then why not discuss it. It may be a finish, powder coat, wet paint, galvanising, plating or anodising then this can be accommodated. DCL can also provide an assembly service so if a project needs putting together and testing, we are happy to help.
